Is It Worth it? Look Fantastic Beauty Box Advent Calendar

The Look Fantastic Beauty Box Advent Calendar, is a Advent Calendar containing various beauty products.

I purchased my Box from the Look Fantastic Website. The product costs £70 but it is worth £300.

The design of the box is rose gold and white with snowflakes.

This beauty box contains various beauty products from different brands such as, Molton Brown and Pixi.

I would definitely say that it is worth it, it’s something different, instead of chocolate everyday, I get new beauty products everyday.

Information on the product can be found at:
Unfortunately it is sold out, but they sell this every year, so I would recommend getting this next year.

Review on the Morphe 35F Palette

The 35F palette came in a cardboard packaging, as well as a good amount of bubblewrap for protection. Morphe’s palettes have a simple black plastic packaging, with their logo on the front, and a sticker on the back indicating the number of the palette.

The ‘F’ in the name 35F stands for ‘Fall Into Frost’, so clearly this is an eyeshadow palette created for and inspired by Fall. And I guess that’s pretty obvious considering the amount of cranberry, green and golden tones in this palette. Overall it’s a pretty warm palette that comes with 35 eyeshadow pans.

The palette contains 28 metallic eyeshadows and 7 matte eyeshadows.

The pros of the palette:

The price point is amazing, it costs £21

The eyeshadows are very pigmented

The palette is very versatile, meaning that you can create many looks using this palette

The formula of these eyeshadows are very creamy so that these eyeshadows are very blendable

These eyeshadows last all day

The cons:

The packaging is a bit flimsy, but I recommend that you should be careful with the palette when using it

The palette does not include a mirror, like most eyeshadows palettes do

Overall, I would recommend getting your hands on this palette as it is always sold out and the colours are perfect for all year round. I would also recommend signing up for emails that notify you when the product is back in stock.

Review on the Morphe 35O Palette

What is the Morphe 350 Palette?

This is an eye shadow palette that contains 35 colours. This palette contains warm, and neutral tones. I saw this palette on YouTube, which made me purchase the product. This palette has a variety of matte eye shadows and shimmery eye shadows.

The pros of this palette:

The formula of the eye shadows are so nice and creamy, meaning that the eye shadows are super blend able

The eye shadows are very pigmented

The price point is amazing, it is £21

There are so many times that you could use to create so many different looks

Eye shadows last all day, it is really handy if you wear makeup all day

The cons of this palette:

The packaging is not the greatest, it looks cheap

The palette does not include a mirror, which you would find in most eye shadow palettes

Some of the shimmery eye shadows have fall out

Overall, I would definitely recommend this palette if you like warm and neutral tones. It is one of most affordable palettes that I own that give a lot of colour pay off and it is so versatile. These eye shadows last all day and does not crease. This is definitely one of my go to palettes during the autumn and winter.

My Current Lazy Day Makeup Routine

  1. Firstly, in my Makeup Routine, I moisturise with my Yes To Tomatoes Daily Balance Moisturiser. This product helps with balancing the amount of oils that come through the face. And I also moisturise with my Nip + Fab Bee Sting Deluxe Cream. This product includes Bee venom helps plump + firm, Wheat proteins tighten + smooth and Glycofilm provides anti-ageing shield. I then let all of the product to set in to my skin for 10 minutes.
  2. For my under eye area, I use the Nip + Fab No Needle Fix Serum. I use half a pump, I then tap this in my under eyes and brow bone.
  3. For my base, I use the L’Oreal Paris Lumi Cushion Foundation, I am in the shade Golden Amber (No. 11). This foundation is a very lightweight foundation, meaning the foundation does not feel heavy and it does not look cakey. I apply the foundation, with a Beauty Blender.
  4. For concealer, I use the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer, in the shade Medium Dark Neutral. I apply my concealer under my eyes and on any blemishes. I use my Beauty Blender to blend out the concealer.
  5. I then use a liquid highlight; I use the Cover FX highlight drops. I apply this on the tops of my cheekbones. I also apply this with my Beauty Blender.
  6. To set my face, I use my Mac Cosmetics Mineralize Skin Finish in Dark Tan. To set my under eyes, I use a Zoeva 132 Luxe Powder Finish Brush. To set my face, I use the Real Techniques Powder Brush.
  7. For my eyebrows, I use the L’Oreal Paris Perfection Brow Artist Plumper in medium to dark. I brush this through my eyebrows, to give my eyebrows a fuller look.
  8. For my eyelashes, I use the L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Mascara X5 in Extra Black. I coat my top lashes and my bottom lashes once.
